Work On Your Fitness
You can always make time to exercise, even if it’s just doing 10 minutes of crunches during a study break. There’s no time like the present to:
- Join the campus gym: Better yet, join with a friend. You’ll keep each other motivated.
- Move your body: Walk, bike, or even rollerblade to class. Don’t take the bus if you don’t have to.
- Sign up for a fitness class: Try a dance class instead of a grueling cardio class for a change. You’re bound to have a good time and notice the results.
- Work out in your room: Practice your favorite yoga poses and Pilates exercises. Invest in some dumbbells that can be stored easily beneath your bed.
