The Big 6 and Big 8

The big 6 and big 8 are two separate wagers that either a 6 or an 8 will be rolled before a 7. Any other rolls are irrelevant to the big 6 and big 8. To make these wagers, place your chips on either the big 6 or big 8 betting area.

Winning bets on the big 6 or big 8 are paid at even money, resulting in a house edge of 9.09%.

Why You Should Avoid the Big 6 and Big 8

The big 6 and big 8 offer the same odds as placing the 6 or 8, but with a worse payout and, therefore, a less favorable house edge. If you want to bet on the 6 or 8, it’s better to place those numbers and avoid the big 6 and big 8.
