Line up the center back of the skirt with the center back of the yoke. Stitch the skirt to the yoke along the inside of the chain stitching, gathering the skirt through the center front and back beginning about 1" (2.5 cm) from each side. Stitch the skirt to the edge of the armhole about 1" (2.5 cm) on either side of the yoke without gathering. Weave in end.
