Spine Stretch

  • Purpose: Stretches spine and hamstrings
  • Sets: 5–10 repetitions

Steps

  1. Sit on floor with legs stretched apart and feet flexed.
  2. Exhaling, lean forward from hips.
  3. Inhaling, return to vertical position.
