The Control Balance
- Purpose: Stretches entire body and strengthens powerhouse
- Sets: 10 repetitions on each leg
Steps

- Lie on mat on back with legs extended and arms by sides with palms down.
- Inhaling, pull back midsection. Exhaling, raise legs slowly until perpendicular to floor, pressing arms into mat for balance.
- Inhaling, bring legs over head.
- Exhaling, grab left ankle. Inhaling, raise right leg toward ceiling. Exhaling, switch legs. Continue alternating legs. Exhaling, return legs over head.
- Inhaling, lower both legs to mat and return to original flat position.
