The Jack Knife

  • Purpose: Strengthens powerhouse
  • Sets: 10 repetitions

Steps

  1. Lie on back with legs extended toward ceiling, toes pointed, and palms flat on floor.
  2. Inhaling, lift hips and legs up toward ceiling. Continue moving legs toward head.
  3. Exhaling, return to starting position.
