The Neck Pull

  • Purpose: Strengthens powerhouse while stretching hamstrings
  • Sets: 5–10 repetitions

Steps

  1. Lie on back, fully stretched, with hands behind neck.
  2. Exhaling, use powerhouse to roll up, one vertebra at a time, until chest approaches thighs.
  3. Inhaling, roll back down into lying position.
