The Rollover

  • Purpose: Strengthens powerhouse and stretches spine
  • Sets: 5–10 repetitions

Steps

  1. Lie on back with arms angled away from body and palms down.
  2. Breathe in and bring straightened legs up past hips.
  3. Exhaling, bring legs over head until toes touch floor behind head. Use arms and shoulders for support.
  4. Inhale and return legs to vertical position. Exhale while lowering legs to floor.
