The Teaser

  • Purpose: Strengthens powerhouse
  • Sets: 10 repetitions

Steps

  1. Sit on mat with legs bent, feet flat, and hands on shins.
  2. Lift arms to level parallel to legs, and hold.
  3. Inhaling, gently roll backward until shoulder blades make contact with mat.
  4. Exhaling, lift up torso using abdominal muscles. Inhaling, roll forward into starting position.
